Government of Afghanistan Debarment Database
Within the online national procurement portal, there is a list of debarred companies. This means that these bidders and contractors have violated the Procurement Law, and won’t be allowed to bid for public projects for duration of not less than 2 year and not more than 5 years. These are publicly available to view nationally and internationally.

No progress since 2017. National Procurement Authority-NPA, initiated the process to pave the way for cross-border debarment. Coupled with the need for coordinated regional and global action, cross-border debarment has become near to impossible in practice.
